It’s Friday and I just got paid that included my overtime wages.  I’ve been waiting until payday so I can buy my coach bus ticket and WB Studio Tour of The Making of Harry Potter.  I very much enjoyed the film series and thought it would be awesome to check this out.

I came to learn, tours need to be booked in advanced and I did look earlier in the month for availability.  There was plenty of availability and thought by next payday, I could easily score a ticket.  WRONG!  With 3 days before my flight to the UK, there was no availability until mid next month 😦  I was bummed out and should have known better.  This would have been the highlight of my London visit.  I scoured the internet trying to find availability from 3rd party sites and there was none at all for days I was going to be in London.

Upon reading travel forums, I came across, that very few last minute tickets do become available on the official WB Studio Tour website.  I returned to the website and was surprised to see an availability…but for the next day.  I kept refreshing the page to see any other dates would pop up and finally low and behold, there was one that was within my schedule for 9:00 am.  Before adding it to my cart, I decided to check the train times to see if I could make it on schedule.  By the time, I verified the train schedules and when I tried to the add the ticket to my cart, the ticket was no longer available 😦  I was so close.  I refreshed the page constantly and did see slots available but weren’t convenient for me.  I spent a few hours and finally, the same slot that I tried to book earlier, miraculously became available again.  With no hesitation, I booked it and got my confirmation via email.
